Keyless Entry, Access Control, and Intercom Systems
We work with commercial keyless entry, access control, and intercom systems to support authorized entry. Equipment compatibility, door condition, and existing connections guide the available options.
Keyless entry may reduce the need to hand out physical keys. Access control can support separate permissions for employees, while an intercom lets staff communicate with someone requesting entry.
These systems are not interchangeable. The best fit depends on how people enter, who manages permissions, and what should happen outside normal business hours.
Before Discussing Installation or Repair, Consider
- Who needs access to each door.
- Whether access should change by schedule.
- Who will add or remove users.
- Whether visitors need a way to contact staff.
- How the system should behave during a power interruption.
If an existing system fails, describe whether the issue affects the reader, door release, intercom audio, or every function. That information helps separate a hardware problem from a connection or configuration issue.
Push Bars, Panic Bars, and Exit Devices
We install and service push bars, panic bars, crash bars, and compatible exit devices for commercial doors. Proper operation depends on the device, door, frame, and intended use.
A bar that sticks or a door that fails to latch needs prompt attention. Exit hardware should not require improvised steps before someone can leave.
Names for this hardware often overlap, so describe the door rather than guessing the device type. Photos of the inside hardware and door edge can help with the initial discussion.
Do not chain an occupied building’s exit shut or add hardware that blocks normal exit operation. If a door cannot support safe use, involve the property manager and address the problem promptly.
Installation needs can vary by building and door assembly. We can discuss the requested work and whether other property professionals need to be involved.
Safe Installation and Repair
We provide safe installation and repair services based on the safe type, condition, and requested work. Tell us whether the issue involves placement, anchoring, a keypad, a dial, or the locking mechanism.
A safe door that binds may have a different cause than a keypad that will not respond. Note the symptoms without repeatedly forcing the handle or entering uncertain combinations.
For an installation discussion, identify the intended room and the safe’s approximate size. Floor construction, access paths, and manufacturer instructions can affect placement and anchoring options.
For repair, have the brand and model information ready if available. We may also need proof that you own the safe or have permission to authorize work.
